BAND BOOSTERS

The boosters are a volunteer organization made up of parents, grandparents and people in the community who support the VHS Band and its Director. The organization is made up of an Executive Board and Directors.

What do the VHS Band Boosters do? They provide financial and volunteer support for quality band programs for the VHS Music Department; its staff and students. The Boosters activities include, "but are not limited to" providing financial support through a program of fundraising and community events; providing volunteer labor in support of practices, performances, fundraising and programs; and recognizing and encouraging student achievement in music performance.

Band Booster meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Band Room. All parents of band students are encouraged to attend and lend your support to your child's music education at Venice High School.
